- This series enclousers are compact in design with maximum space utilization.
- Manufactured with EG/CRCA sheet steel, the welded mono block body with folding gives good strength
- Sheet thickness: Body & Door 1.2mm thickness up to 500Wx500Hx200D & 1.6mm thickness beyond/Mounting Plate & Grand Plate – 2mm thickness.
- Customized Machine door cutouts to get high quality painting finish in final product.
- RAL 7035/7032 standard polyrethane powder coating with 8 tank cleaning process gives excellent resistance to corrosion in the hot, humid & salt laden.
- Welded earth studs for door and body earthing.
- Standard double bit key operated locks can be substitued with optional wing knobs.
- Foamed-in PU gasket for superior and long-lasting ingress protection.
- Designed for degree of protection IP65.

- Extendable Series are available in four convenient widths.
- Enclosures are extendable which make them suitable for long single switchboard with removable rear and side panels.
- RAL 7035/7032 standard polyurethane powder coating with 8 Tank cleaning process gives excellent resistance tocorrosion in the hot, humid & salt laden atmosphere.
- 180-degree openable, concealed hinges and lockable swing handle with flat rod locking system improves the aesthetics and ensures IP ratings.
- Perforated vertical corner members allow fixing of additional depth members, multiple mounting plates at different levels.
- Foamed-in PU gasket for superior and long-lasting ingress protection.
- Eye bolt for ease of handling

- Plinth 100mm provides more glanding space.
- Maximum sizes of orifices and two rows of holes in all twelve profiles provide for free access from all sides for universal installation.
- Foamed-in PU gasket for superior and long-lasting ingress protection.
- Fully encapsulated/moulded busbar system enhancing safety and performance.

- Mounting plate is made of high quality EGI sheet steel 1.2 mm thickness.
- Current rating 100A, 125A & 250A
- Short-time withstand – 100A – 17kA, 0.25 sec / 125A – 17kA, 0.25 sec / 250A-25kA, 0.25 sec for SMDB: 250A – 36 kA/1s, 400A – 42kA/1s, 630A – 50kA/1s & 800A – 50kA/1s.
- Peak withstand current – 250A – 52.5 kA
- Temperature rise tested for ambient of 50ºC.
- Tin plated, HDHC, 99.9% purity, ETP grade copper used for main busbar and interconnections busbars

- Din rail chassis is mounted on studs with level adjustable fly nuts.

- End plate have one multiple diameter knockout for accepting three different sizes of incomer and outgoing cables.
- The door designed reversable for left or right opening.
